Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that our software and hardware products meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain practical experience in software testing, debugging, test automation, and cross-functional collaboration with both software developers and hardware engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases
Troubleshoot and isolate issues, submit detailed bug reports, and collaborate with developers for resolution
Participate in manual and automated testing efforts
Contribute to the identification and documentation of software defects
Explore and evaluate tools to support test automation
Help consolidate reference material and improve knowledge base access across the QA department
Support the QA Manager with day-to-day testing tasks and documentation
Conduct compatibility testing and identify performance bottlenecks or UI inconsistencies
Assist in streamlining QA documentation and improving reference material organization

Key Requirements:

Fresh graduate/ currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Programming/Scripting: Python, C#, HTML
Tools: Microsoft Excel, Word
Concepts: Testing theory, modern design patterns & anti-patterns
Debugging: Ability to debug issues from logs and databases
Understanding of:

Content creation pipelines
Computer networking fundamentals
E-commerce platforms and workflows
