What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated Full Stack Developers proficient in both frontend and backend technologies
• Hands-on experience building scalable products and applications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Work across frontend and backend systems to deliver high-quality product features
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Full Stack Development
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Django, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on scalable product-based applications
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven platforms or fintech products is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services is an advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs, NITs, or other premier institutes
• Strong academic background with excellent problem-solving skills
• Must have prior working experience in a Product Company
