Job description

Position: Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer

Experience: 2+ Years

Shift Time: EST Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Mandatory Skill Set

• 2+ years of experience in the US Health Insurance domain.

• Strong experience in Manual Testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Hands-on experience with API Testing and bug troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of Agile processes and methodologies.

• Experience with AI-augmented test case creation, test automation, and test execution.

• Experience in Mobile Testing across relevant applications and platforms.

• Strong client communication and interaction skills.

Secondary Skill Set

• Experience with Playwright for test automation.

• Hands-on experience with Cursor or AI-assisted development/testing tools.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in Accessibility Testing and familiarity with accessibility standards and testing practices.

• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and modern QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform manual, API, mobile, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Analyze requirements and identify potential quality risks and edge cases.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools for test case generation, automation, execution, and test optimization.

• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects through resolution.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Support automation initiatives using Playwright and other relevant tools.

• Communicate testing status, risks, defects, and quality metrics effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving overall QA processes, test coverage, and product quality.
