 Digit is number 1 Insure-tech in India and has grown manifold within 4 years of operations. We are a digital first company and have built multiple use-cases using analytics. These cases are already in use and disrupting the insurance industry. We have done some state-of-the-artwork in the data and analytics space and will be glad to discuss more with you.

They are responsible for the assessment of business requirements, collection and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable. Applying architectural and engineering concepts to design a solution that meets operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability and manageability

Responsibilities :

· Developing and implementing an overall organizational strategy for RPA that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes RPA design, data model designs, best practises etc.

· You should have strong programming skills and exposure to following technology areas.

o Extensive Experience in designing & delivering automation solutions in Python, Django and Flask

o Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.

o Familiarity with ORM

o Good Data Structure and algorithms, Selenium and SQL knowledge is plus

o Strong unit test and debugging skills

o You can write clean, high-quality, scalable code in Python and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code.

o You have understanding and ability to apply SOLID principles, follow OOPs, and utilize design patterns to solve complex problem.

o Exposure and knowledge to Cloud technology such as Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes is added advantage

· You have an experimental and creative mindset and you relish the opportunity to try new things.

· Translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions

· Review code for compliance and reuse and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards

· Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library. Creating practices and standards on developing and perpetually maintaining re-usable components

· Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects

· Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.

· Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod)

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

· Overall 5+ years of experience of which at least 3+ years of experience in software development.

· Experience with Process Improvement/Optimization

· Experience with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes

· Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams

· Awareness of commercial or open-source RPA and Low-Code/No-Code platforms is an advantage but not a necessity.

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
