Job description
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or big data platforms.
· Hands-on experience with Snowflake is mandatory and experience on Databricks (including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DBSQL) is great-to-have, as an addition.
· Will work in Individual Contributor role with expertise in Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
· Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL for data transformations.
· Experience with Azure and their data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure, Azure SQL Server ).
· Knowledge of data lakehouse architectures, data warehousing and ETL processes.
· Strong understanding of data security, IAM, and compliance best practices.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).
· Familiarity with MLflow, Feature Store, and MLOps concepts is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Snowflake certification
· Databricks certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Architect, or Machine Learning Associate/Professional).
· Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hub).
· Understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices for data integration.
