with cross functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, reducing defects and enhancing overall
product quality.
Job
Purpose:
Hands on experience of all types of in instruments/equipment’s
Daily CMM Inspection of all parts as per PCP
Daily Contour, Roughness tester, VMS Inspection of parts
Doing Millipore test as per Plan
Collection of Gauges for Calibration as per plan
Service entry, Calibration status updating in SAP
Doing Internal Gauge calibration as per plan
Actively involving in MSA Studies as per Plan
Doing Part Layout Inspections as per Plan and Closure of NC’s
Proper usage, handling & preservation of Gauges
Sending and receiving of service instruments / Gauges
Monthly Kaizens towards continual improvement
