Group Company: Go Digit General Insurance Limited
Designation: Senior Engineer - AI
AI Engineer – GenAI & Automation (Builder Role)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: #LI-Onsite All 5 Days work from Office
Total Experience Range
4–8 years, including at least 1–2 years as a BA / product owner on an AI, ML, GenAI, or automation project — end to end, from requirements through go-live. General BA experience with only peripheral AI exposure does not meet this bar.
Skill Set — Must-Have
- Proven ownership of at least one AI/ML/GenAI/automation system from requirements through production
- Working conceptual fluency in GenAI/LLM systems: RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, hallucination and grounding, model evaluation
- Requirements elicitation and solution design applied specifically to non-deterministic systems: defining input/output contracts, edge cases, confidence thresholds, escalation paths, and acceptance criteria for outputs that won’t be identical every time.
- Hands-on SQL and API integration experience, for validating data flows and system behavior directly rather than relying on engineering to confirm it.
- Experience defining evaluation/test frameworks for AI systems — accuracy, latency, hallucination rate, and business KPIs like TAT reduction or automation efficiency.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps concepts (monitoring, feedback loops, retraining triggers) from a product/BA vantage point, not necessarily hands-on.
- Conceptual familiarity with vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph, or comparable GenAI tooling.
- Knowledge of at insurance process would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both directions: with business stakeholders (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and engineering team.
