Job description
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Knowledge Management, Business Process Analysis, Content Governance, Stakeholder Management, Digital Transformation, and AI-enabled Knowledge Discovery Platforms. This individual will be responsible for defining business requirements, driving user adoption, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring the new platform aligns with organizational objectives.
The consultant will work closely with Product Owners, Knowledge Authors, Business Leaders, Solution Architects, AI Engineers, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the enterprise Knowledge Management ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities
Requirements Management
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Define user personas, use cases, business workflows, and process maps.
Create business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage requirement prioritization and backlog refinement activities.
AI & Knowledge Discovery Enablement
Collaborate with AI teams to define business requirements for:
AI-powered search
Auto-tagging
Content recommendations
Metadata generation
Conversational knowledge assistants
Establish business rules and governance for AI-generated insights.
Define business success metrics for AI-driven knowledge discovery.
Validate AI search relevance and usability from a business perspective.
Change Management & Adoption
Define organizational change management strategy.
Develop user adoption and communication plans.
Create training plans for Authors, Approvers, Readers, and Administrators.
Measure adoption rates and user engagement.
Establish continuous feedback mechanisms for future enhancements.
