Role Summary
As a performance test analyst, you will perform end to end performance testing activities for GUI and service based applications and software systems to identify performance bottlenecks.
Essential Responsibilities
•This role will create, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot NeoLoad test scripts for performance testing, will need to be able to create and maintain a NFR document, execute NeoLoad tests, analyze results, create test summary reports, and present results to stake holders.
•Will be responsible for completing performance testing activities and provide daily updates on assignments.
•Must have strong experience in at least one of the performance testing tools and performance testing process knowledge.
•Understand and collaborate on application design and technical implementation.
•This role must be well versed in all type of testing pattern like regression, system test, e2e test.
•This role should have at least a bit of awareness with agile framework & its functions.
•Other duties as assigned or requested.
Must Have
• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in performance testing with a strong background in computer science
• Knowledge in software development using languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, C, C++
• Strong understanding of web application performance testing concepts and principles
• Strong Experience in one of the performance testing tools and APM tools
• Strong hands on experience in end to end performance testing activities
• Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and their application in software engineering and performance testing
• Ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to improve engineering efficiency and accelerate decision-making
Good to Have
•Experience in Neoload tool and Dynatrace tool
•Experience in Agile/Scrum practices.
•US health care knowledge
