Job description

We are looking for anEnd User Support Engineer / Field Engineerto provide onsite and remote IT support to employees and ensure reliable day-to-day workplace technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, VPN, printers, and other workplace technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access, and performance issues.
- Prepare, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain employee devices throughout their lifecycle.
- Support device management and compliance using tools such asMicrosoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and BitLocker.
- Support office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, meeting-room equipment, printers, and video-conferencing systems.
- Perform basic user-access administration, including password resets, account unlocks, MFA support, and Microsoft 365 license assignments.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and support records and coordinate hardware repairs or vendor support when required.
- Escalate complex infrastructure, application, or security issues to the appropriate teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, field support, or workplace IT support.
- Good knowledge ofWindows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and common peripherals.
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Autopilot, Defender, BitLocker, and MFA.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts includingTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Experience working with an IT service-management platform such asServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite and provide hands-on support when required.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar certification.
- Experience supporting executives, remote employees, meeting-room technologies, or distributed offices.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge.
