Job Summary

The SAP BTP Consultant (Demand) is responsible for handling demand intake, solutioning, development, and BAU support on SAP Business Technology Platform. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting integrations with SuccessFactors and enterprise systems, and ensuring stability and performance of BTP applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

Job Description – SAP BTP Consultant (Recruitment) (1 Position)

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Analyze recruitment-related requirements and build BTP-based solutions for hiring workflows
• Design and develop services using SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js/Java), and BTP workflow capabilities
• Provide BAU support including incident handling and issue triaging for recruitment applications
• Implement and support integrations with:
  • SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
  • External systems (e.g., background verification, vendor platforms)
• Enable automation for:
  • Interview scheduling and notifications
  • Offer letter processing and approvals
  • Candidate lifecycle tracking and reminders
• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes and ensure timely fixes
• Support testing, deployment, and release activities
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit compliance

• Manage and support offer letter processes including creation, approval workflows, and release
• Configure and enhance:
  • Offer templates
  • Approval workflows
  • Business rules and permissions
• Provide BAU support including:
  • Incident, problem, and change management
  • Issue triaging and resolution
• Support and enhance automation for:
  • Offer letter generation and distribution
  • Approval reminders and notifications
  • Candidate status movement post-offer
• Manage integrations with:
  • SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
  • External systems (e.g., BGV vendors, document systems)
  • Data sync platforms (e.g., Common DB for offer data)
• Ensure data accuracy related to:
  • Offer details (CTC, joining date, approvals)
  • Offer lifecycle tracking
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release activities
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure audit compliance

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js/Java), and BTP services
• Provide BAU support and issue triaging (incident, problem, change management)
• Support integrations with SuccessFactors (RCM/ONB/EC), S/4HANA, and external systems using CPI/APIs
• Perform log analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution coordination
• Support testing, deployments, and release management
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with BTP standards
