Job Description – DevOps - IAC Job Description – DevOps - IAC \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nIaC Development & Deployment: Write, test, and maintain modular Terraform or Bicep templates to programmatically deploy secure, highly available target cloud IaaS and PaaS resources (Azure VMs, GCP Compute, Managed Disks, VNets, and load balancers). \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and manage automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to accelerate migration velocity. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nConfiguration Automation: Develop and run custom scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to automate post-migration OS tuning, domain joining, and monitoring agent installations. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nVersion Control & Repository Management: Manage code repositories using Git, adhering to branching strategies, pull request processes, and code review guidelines. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nL2 Incident Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resolver for automated deployment failures, pipeline errors, and state-file conflicts. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStandardization & Guardrails: Enforce HCLTech cloud landing zone policies and tagging structures programmatically within all deployed infrastructure modules. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMust have Skills: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n4+ years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Cloud Automation, or Systems Engineering. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong hands-on experience writing declarative Infrastructure as Code using Terraform at scale (managing state files, utilizing modules, and dynamic blocks). \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProven experience building and configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSolid experience deploying cloud resources in Microsoft Azure or GCP. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash to automate system-level administrative tasks. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of Git version control workflows. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nNon-Technical \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nITSM & Change Control: Strict adherence to ServiceNow change management and release workflows for production environment automation updates. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRunbook Alignment: High attention to detail when integrating automated deployment phases into the overall migration team wave plans. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCollaborative Automation Support: Ability to work closely with Linux, Wintel, and Database engineers to translate manual migration runbooks into automated pipelines. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Documentation: Excellence in writing clear technical readmes, documentation for Terraform modules, and environment design architectures. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nGood to Have Skills: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nFamiliarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nBasic understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying container registries in the cloud. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of basic DevSecOps practices, such as running static code analysis (tflint, tfsec) on IaC code. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSoft Skills: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStructured Logical Thinking: Exceptionally strong debugging and problem-solving skills to trace and fix broken deployment scripts or pipeline timeouts. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nAgility & Adaptability: Ability to pivot and support urgent weekend migration cutovers when deployment templates require rapid hotfixing. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nClear Communication: Ability to translate complex automation steps simply for traditional infrastructure engineers. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCertifications: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, AZ-104 OR AZ-400, ITIL v4 Foundation. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nOverview \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole – DevOps – IAC - L2 \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExperience Level – 4-8 years \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJob Location – Bengaluru / Hyderabad \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJob Type – Full-Time \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSupport t
