Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CM and DigitalRoute MediationZone. The ideal candidate should have experience in workflow development, mediation processes, system integrations, and support for end-to-end implementation projects.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation solutions
• Design and implement mediation workflows using "DigitalRoute MediationZone".
• Work with Onsite and offshore teams to analyze technical requirements, and develop, test, and debug ETL objects.
• Support integration between SAP CM and SAP BRIM modules
• Develop and maintain APL scripts and mediation processes
• Troubleshoot workflow, mediation, and integration issues
• Work on developing a standard/generic framework for ETL pipelines and data quality checks.
•  Work with the Data Architecture team to understand the source and target data models.
•  Develop, adhere to, and be a proponent for ETL standards and best practices.
•  Provide documentation for all developed ETL processes, including data flow diagrams and source-to-target mappings.
•  Conduct ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  
  Requirements and General Skills:
• Hands-on experience with DigitalRoute MediationZone.
• Experience in developing and maintaining CM workflows
• Basic understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and processes
• Knowledge of mediation concepts, data transformation, and routing.
• Experience in writing complex SQL to analyze and troubleshoot issues/problems.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills, and ability to interact appropriately with senior-level colleagues and business users.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and follow up on unfinished business.
  
  
  
  

 

 

Technical Skills:

* Working knowledge of APL (Application Programming Language).
* Experience with Ultra Format and mediation processing concepts.
* Understanding of SAP RFC integrations.
* Exposure to SAP Convergent Charging (CC) integration.
* Familiarity with file-based and API-based integrations.
* Basic SQL and data analysis skills.

Additional Skill

* Exposure to SAP Convergent Charging (CC).
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations.
* Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting mediation processes.
* Basic understanding of cloud integration concepts

1. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Related To Etl Processes And Data Lake Management, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions In Aws Environments.
3. Collaborate On Value-Adding Activities, Including Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, And Conducting Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coaching Analysts.
4. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Contributing To Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Maintain High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Etl Tools And Processes, With A Solid Understanding Of Data Lake Concepts.
2. Familiarity With Aws Core Services, Aws Rds, And Aws Analytics.
3. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Effective Root Cause Analysis.
4. Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Independently Within A Fast-Paced Environment.
