Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise, frontend development experience, and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex business problems, building scalable systems, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using Java/Kotlin and React.

Architect and build modern microservices-based solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.

Drive the development and enhancement of retail products within Order Management, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Supply Chain domains.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX teams, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Take ownership of end-to-end application design, development, deployment, performance optimization, and production support.

Champion engineering best practices across coding standards, design patterns, testing strategies, security, observability, and operational excellence.

Drive DevSecOps adoption by integrating security, automation, and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.

Lead technical discussions, conduct design reviews, and provide guidance on complex engineering challenges.

Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, pair programming, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Design and optimize distributed systems, APIs, data processing pipelines, and integration services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives for critical production systems.

Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and open-source solutions to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities.

Skill Requirements

10-16 years of professional software development experience with a strong background in building enterprise-scale applications.

Proven experience delivering large-scale, production-grade full stack applications in complex business environments.

Strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin, including REST APIs, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend application architecture.

Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.

Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, or Azure, with a preference for GCP/Alicloud.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployment.

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with modern DevOps practices.

Strong knowledge of database technologies, including relational and NoSQL databases.

Experience working with messaging and event-driven platforms such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ.

Good understanding of secure software development practices and application security principles.

Proven experience leading technical initiatives, driving design discussions, and mentoring engineering teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
