Job Description – OT Platform Management + OT SRA (Dispel) + OT Security + Nozomi Platform Management Engineer (L3)Role SummaryThe OT Platform Management & Security Engineer will be responsible for managing, monitoring, securing, and maintaining Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and security platforms. The role includes administration of OT remote access solutions (Dispel SRA), Nozomi OT monitoring platform, OT security controls, incident management, platform health monitoring, and operational support across manufacturing and industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOT Platform ManagementManage and maintain OT infrastructure platforms and supporting services.Perform platform health checks, monitoring, and operational maintenance activities.Coordinate patching, upgrades, backups, and restoration activities.Troubleshoot platform-related incidents and service requests.Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.Support platform lifecycle management and capacity planning.OT Secure Remote Access (Dispel)Administer and support Dispel Secure Remote Access (SRA) platform.Provision, modify, and decommission user access.Monitor remote access sessions and security compliance.Troubleshoot connectivity and authentication issues.Support onboarding of vendors, engineers, and site users.Generate and review access and audit reports.OT Security OperationsMonitor OT security alerts and events.Support incident investigation, containment, and remediation activities.Implement and maintain OT security controls and hardening standards.Coordinate vulnerability assessment and remediation activities.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and OT security standards.Work with security and site teams during audits and assessments.Nozomi Platform ManagementAdminister and support Nozomi Guardian/CMC platforms.Monitor OT networks, assets, and security events.Manage sensors, collectors, and platform upgrades.Analyze alerts and coordinate incident response activities.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and asset inventories.Support integration with SIEM and other security tools.Required Technical SkillsOT/ICS/SCADA environment administration.OT Platform Management and Operations Support.Dispel Secure Remote Access (SRA) administration.Nozomi Guardian and Central Management Console (CMC).Industrial network troubleshooting.Windows Server Administration.Active Directory and Identity Management.Backup and Recovery Operations.OT Security Monitoring and Incident Response.Vulnerability Management and Security Hardening.Firewall and Network Security Concepts.Ticketing and Change Management Processes.Preferred CertificationsGICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity CertificationCISSPCompTIA Security+Microsoft Security CertificationsNozomi Certified Engineer (Preferred)ExperienceL3 Engineer: 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in OT Security / OT Platform Management.Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.Hands-on experience with Dispel SRA and Nozomi platform administration.Soft SkillsStrong incident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions.Experience coordinating with global stakeholders and site teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
