Job Description
Mandatory Skills: Java 8+, Microservices + REST APIs, React (Hooks + Redux), JPA, Azure Service Bus, Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot, React and microservices architecture.
- Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
- Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
- Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
