Job Description

Responsibilities:
•       Responsible for Federated Single Sign-On implementation using PingFederate/ForgeRock  in SP and IDP roles.
•       Act as subject matter expert to be able to understand the customers requirement and also suggest alternatives to better the solution and alleviate the challenge/ issue being addressed
•       Creating custom OGNL for application requirement in parsing the SAML attributes solutions in SSO and Federation
•       Responsible to coordinate with end client contacts, client project managers and application owners
•       Create and understand different Adapters in PingFederate.
•       Responsible for doing POC with various Access Management products for solutions.
•       Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance and at the same time be a great team player.
•       Install, configure and maintain Ping infrastructure and applications.
Requirements:
•       Candidate should have relevant experience in Access Management products such as PingFederate, ForgeRock, on Federated SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Multi-factor Authentication and others.
•       Must have done at least one implementation project and multiple Integration/Support engagements using PingFederate/ForgeRock etc.
•       Advanced understanding of SSL/TLS certificates (https). Basic understanding of cloud computing with a focus on AWS and Azure.
•       Experience with the following web specifications: SAML, SOAP, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect etc.
•       Candidate should have Knowledge on Policy and Agent model in ForgeRock. 
•       Experience with operating systems platforms - Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc.
•       Experience with the few or all of the following programming languages: Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Shell Script and SQL.
•       Understanding of Active Directory and/or any LDAP V3 compliant directories.
•       Experience with ticketing tool like Service Now and should have experience on  ITSM Process. 
•       Should able to understand and troubleshoot the  Federation issues.
 
Nice to Have skill sets: Requirement gathering from application and their respective vendor team for SAML and OAuth Setup. Motivated to learn and leverage new technologies and tools. Great analytical and problem-solving skills. Windows Active Directory general knowledge and support. 
 
Soft skill sets: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written – English).

Areas of responsibility

Monitoring and Incident Detection-Handle escalated alerts, prevent potential intrusions from third party agents and analyse log correlation to ensure alignment with security standards.

Incident Handling and Analysis-Triage security incidents, handle escalated incidents, assist in performing root cause analysis and prepare reports that adhere to compliance requirements.

Threat Assessment and Analytics-"Perform vulnerability scans, identify threat intelligence feeds, and recommend preventive measures to reduce exposure."

Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-Coordinate with internal teams on security issues, maintain risk registers and assist during compliance audits.
