Job Description:-
Cisco Network Engineer opportunity I'm looking to fill and wanted to share the profile requirements in case you have suitable candidates in your network.
What we're looking for:
- Certification: CCNP-level (active or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in networking, with demonstrated hands-on Cisco expertise across enterprise and data centre environments

- Day-One Readiness: Candidate must be able to hit the ground running as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from day one
Before submitting candidates, I'd ask that each profile include the following assessment:

- Total years of Cisco-focused experience
- Self-assessed Cisco expertise level – rated out of 5, with a brief justification
- Day-one SME readiness – confirmation the candidate can perform independently without a ramp-up period
- Communication clarity – noted alongside technical capability
