- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical teams and facilitate effective communication across diverse groups.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools to maintain high code standards.
- Competence in problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions within complex technical environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
