Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of applications across various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires managing cloud adoption strategies, ensuring seamless integration of cloud applications, and continuously monitoring cloud infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and reliability. The position demands coordination with multiple stakeholders to align cloud solutions with organizational goals, while adapting to evolving technologies and business needs in a dynamic cloud ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive cloud platform delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architecture, including public, private, and hybrid cloud models.
- Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud applications aligned with organizational requirements.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration techniques within cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in cloud platform architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
