Senior .NET Full Stack Developer - Assistant Vice President

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

•  Will work as developer on multiple development projects using .NET Core framework, React JS , SQL Server, Angular 8+

•  Will enhance the AI capabilities in the team by leveraging all AI tools (Devin, Copilot, Stylus etc.)
•  Will independently work without assistance on assigned tasks and work with them and guide the team members
• Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Have attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
• Deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.
• Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
• Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
• With a developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex information.
• Can be moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams

Here is what you bring:

• You have 8+ years of experience in enterprise development with deep expertise in C#/.NET Core/Angular 19+, Rest APIs, Kafka, SQL

• You have 6+ years experience and are expert in developing/ troubleshooting application with MSaas, MS SQL Server, Databases and setting up CI/CD pipeline.

• You have Hands-on solid experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phases of software development life cycle) using .NET Technologies.

• You have hands-on knowledge on AI technology and showcased your skills in this field.

• Hands-on Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native platforms.

• Hands-on experience using Lightspeed, GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, or similar coding agents.

• Entity Framework Core: Proficient in database-first and code-first approaches for data access.

• Microservices Architecture: Strong understanding of designing and implementing microservices using .NET Core.

• Windows Services: Experience in creating and managing background services.

• Unit Testing: Proficient in testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, and Moq for .NET applications.
• Experience in Web API, JSon, XML, Web Services
• Expert in Restful API, Web Services, Messaging queues
• Hhands-on experience in jQuery, JSON, HTML and CSS

• Experience driving technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering governance.

• Understanding of Context Engineering, prompt design, and Agentic SDLC practices.

• Strong knowledge of secure software development and application security.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation.

• Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to GenAI applications, LLM-powered solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI platform integrations.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into applications, is a plus.

Education:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with computer Science/Information Technology

• Technical certifications in AI & related field is a huge plus.
