Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing sophisticated applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing application pipelines that are either cloud-hosted or on-premises, ensuring they meet production-ready standards. The engineer integrates generative AI models into solutions and may work on diverse technologies such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to align development efforts and maintain high-quality deliverables is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows for application support and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines related to AI applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with integrating generative AI models into existing application frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
