Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, and business monitoring.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Build and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Monitor Azure cloud services, AKS clusters, and production workloads to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Define and maintain SLI, SLO, SLA, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Create automated alerting and notification workflows for proactive issue detection.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve application performance and monitoring coverage.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production issues using metrics, logs, and traces.
