- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test processes, results, and equipment used in testing.
- Participate in the development and improvement of testing methodologies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in all testing activities.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams regarding test results and product performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in field testing or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel to testing sites and work in varying environmental conditions.
