Role

• Product Integration & Validation:

  • Test and validate newly developed products in customer-like environments.

  • Collaborate with customers, field engineers, and support teams to gather feedback on product performance and usability.

• Technical Support for Adoption:

  • Provide technical support during pilot implementations and early-stage deployments.

  • Work with customer-facing teams to resolve adoption-related issues.

• Documentation & Training:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Deliver internal and external training to enable effective product use.

• Feedback Loop to R&D:

  • Communicate real-world insights, bugs, and enhancement suggestions to R&D.

  • Influence product roadmaps based on field feedback and adoption data.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product positioning and use cases.

  • Participate in go-to-market strategies and launch readiness initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify barriers to adoption and propose product or process improvements.

  • Support the development of best practices and adoption toolkits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in R&D, product engineering, or technical support roles.

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from development to deployment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

• Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and customer interaction.
