Software Engineer - R&D

• Design and Development: Architect and implement robust and efficient embedded software/firmware for microcontrollers and microprocessors used in power electronics products (inverters, PCUs, BMS).
• Hardware-Software Integration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers during the entire product development lifecycle, from schematic design and prototyping to production, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Coding and Debugging: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code primarily in C/C++. Utilize debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit emulators to troubleshoot complex issues in hardware-software interactions.
• Protocol Implementation: Develop and implement various communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, and Modbus for system control and monitoring.
• Testing and Validation: Create and execute thorough test plans and validation procedures to ensure firmware meets all product specifications and quality standards.
• Optimization: Optimize firmware for power efficiency, performance, and resource utilization in real-time operating system (RTOS) and bare-metal environments.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
