Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases within the product lifecycle. The role includes applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving software processes and adapting solutions to align with project goals, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development stages.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet specific project needs.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Familiarity with integration of Oracle Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
