We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect with 10-15 years of experience in Data & Analytics platforms designing and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Data Architecture, and Analytics modernization, enabling organizations to build modern data platforms that support reporting, AI, and business insights
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI.
- Define and implement scalable Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for enterprise data platforms.
- Lead solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and best-practice implementation across projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Architect and optimize ETL/ELT frameworks, data ingestion pipelines, and orchestration processes.
- Establish governance, security, access control, lineage, and compliance standards leveraging Fabric and Azure ecosystem capabilities.
- Drive integration of diverse data sources including APIs, ERP systems, CRM platforms, databases, and cloud applications.
- Collaborate with Power BI teams to design semantic models, Direct Lake solutions, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
- Guide engineering teams on performance tuning, scalability, cost optimization, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
- Conduct PoCs, architecture assessments, migration planning, and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay current with Microsoft Fabric innovations, AI-enabled analytics, Copilot capabilities, and emerging Azure technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, or Cloud Data Platforms.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or strong experience across Azure Data Platform services.
- Strong understanding of OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Fabric Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and modern data integration patterns.
- Exposure to Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, ADLS, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
- Experience implementing governance, security, RBAC, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, solution consulting, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions.
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Architect certifications are highly preferred.
