Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in incident management.
