Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the systems or applications they rely on. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high standards of quality by employing excellent communication to ensure seamless operation of world-class systems. Your role involves accurately identifying client issues and crafting effective solutions through a thorough understanding of the products, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities related to network systems and application support.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining network performance to ensure system availability.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to resolve client issues effectively.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and clients.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
