We are looking for an experienced AWS Agentic AI Developer specializing in Agentic AI and AI-driven workflows to lead the adoption of Kiro, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore across teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kiro and spec-driven development, along with the ability to take ownership of training, mentoring, and guiding engineers in effectively leveraging Agentic AI tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:-
• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions and AI-driven workflows using AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Drive the adoption and effective usage of Kiro, including spec-driven development, requirements analysis, steering files, skills, and workflow configuration.
• Take ownership of guiding, training, and mentoring AAM engineering teams on Kiro, AgentCore, and Agentic AI best practices.
• Establish reusable patterns and best practices for AI-assisted software development and agentic workflows.
• Apply hands-on technical expertise to help engineers integrate AI tools into their development processes and improve productivity.
Required Experience:-
• Strong experience in AWS AI development, Agentic AI, and AI workflows.
• Practical experience with Kiro, particularly spec-driven development, skills, and steering files.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Proven ability to lead technical enablement, train engineers, and drive adoption of AI development tools.
Desirable:-
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Asset Management domain experience.
