3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience developing and implementing HRSD: HR Cases, Lifecycle Events/Onboarding, HR Knowledge, Employee Center and HR data security.
Experience developing and implementing CSM: Case Management, Accounts/Contacts, Entitlements, SLAs and Customer Portal.
Strong scripting skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs and notifications.
Experience with Flow Designer, workflows and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP/AD, Import Sets and Transform Maps (HR system integrations preferred).
Experience building Service Catalog and record producers, variable sets, catalog client scripts and ACLs.
Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center development, including custom widgets (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript).
Experience with ATF, update sets, instance clones and upgrades.
Good debugging skills and strong server-side and client-side JavaScript.
ServiceNow CSA required; CIS (HRSD or CSM) and CAD preferred.
