Rebel Foods is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join them in the journey of making disruptive customer centric products. The Customer Solution Group works relentlessly to address the most pressing and challenging issues and work towards innovative solutions with a potential to change the norm. It’s a small team of Industrial Designers, UX Designers, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Concept Artist and few others who work on an idea from scratch to a customer ready product. The team is looking for its Full stack team member who is excited to explore the unknown, equipped with the cutting edge tools and thereby strengthening the team to achieve their goal.

The multi-disciplinary team initiates its work on a broad range of ideas, all focused towards the end customer and explores all possible solutions to meet the objective in the best possible way. In the past this team has worked on a range of smart cooking equipment where the cooking parameters can be controlled over the internet, image processing technology to detect the food and its characteristics, to make our food offerings safest for the customer to name a few. Any modern product today has the elements of software, hardware and internet and that has been the case with all the in-house developed products. We are looking for exceptional and ambitious developers who enjoy working both on front-end (Angular 2 or React) and back-end – (Node.js/Python/Go) development. And has worked on cloud, preferably AWS. This role is ideal for somebody who is passionate about technology and creating things from scratch independently continuously. We are looking for someone who loves being part of a team but is self-motivated and likes the idea of pushing his/her own ideas. You will need to be self-driven and eager to learn new technologies and programming languages. Will be responsible for both development and deployment.

Skills & Requirements

- A love of what you do

- Ability to work independently; accountable for your own actions and able to act with both urgency and integrity.

- Experience developing for the web with JavaScript, TypeScript and with the most common web framework such as Angular 2+, React

- Experience using MySQL, Redis, AWS, Elasticsearch is a plus.

- Familiarity with distributed revision control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with DevOps culture and continuous integration tools.
