Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud requirements and architecture standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee the migration of existing applications to the cloud while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement security, scalability, and performance best practices in all cloud-related projects.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and assess their potential impact on business strategy.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles.
- Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline deployments.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to influence and drive change.
