Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee quality control and assurance activities across GMW projects and operations.
* Establish and monitor quality procedures, inspection plans and quality control processes.
* Ensure façade glazing, fabrication and installation activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
* Coordinate inspections of glazing systems, including unitized, stick, structural glazing, point-fixed systems and skylights.
* Monitor material quality, including glass, aluminium, sealants, gaskets, setting blocks and other façade components.
* Review quality documentation, inspection reports, punch lists and non-conformance reports.
* Identify quality deviations and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with project, production, design and execution teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Support internal audits, client/consultant inspections and compliance requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve quality performance.
* Maintain quality records and provide regular quality performance reports to management.
Qualification & Experience
* B.E. / B.Tech. – Civil / Mechanical / relevant Engineering discipline.
* 10–15 years of experience in Quality / Façade Glazing / Construction, with significant experience in quality management
