Key Responsibilities
* Conduct quality audits and inspections of façade glazing and related works at project sites and fabrication facilities.
* Verify compliance of glazing works with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
* Inspect glazing systems including unitized, stick, structural glazing, point-fixed systems and skylights.
* Check the quality of glass, aluminium, sealants, gaskets, setting blocks and other façade components.
* Verify installation tolerances, alignment, sealant application, spacers, setting blocks and gaskets.
* Identify defects, deviations and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare inspection reports, audit reports, punch lists and NCR documentation.
* Coordinate with project, production and execution teams for closure of quality issues.
* Support client/consultant inspections and quality audits.
* Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
* B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical / relevant Engineering discipline.
* 5–10 years of experience in Quality Auditing / Façade Glazing / Construction Quality.
