Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation, and release processes across Salesforce environments.
Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Manage Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
Work with tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.
Automate deployment, testing, validation, and release management processes.
Manage source control, branching strategies, code merges, and release versioning.
Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
Implement DevOps best practices, security controls, and governance.

Required skills

5–8 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps/DevOps engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and environment management.
Experience with automation, release management, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce DevOps or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Desired qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience
