Your work profile

• Lead OpenText and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) workstreams across SAP transformation, migration, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.

• Drive SAP Content Server to OpenText migration initiatives, including repository assessments, archive analysis, migration strategy definition, execution planning, and Hypercare support.

• Design and implement OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions to enable integrated document management, records governance, and business process automation.

• Configure and support OpenText Archive Center for secure storage, retrieval, retention, and management of enterprise documents and archived business content.

• Implement and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions to optimize invoice processing, workflow automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end document migration programs involving archived documents, attachments, engineering documents, technical records, and business-critical content.

• Define and execute content migration strategies including metadata mapping, content classification, validation, reconciliation, cutover planning, and post-migration support.

• Design and support SAP Document Management System (DMS) solutions including Document Info Records (DIR), document hierarchies, classification structures, and version control processes.

• Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and CAD document integrations within SAP DMS and OpenText environments.

• Establish document lifecycle management processes covering document creation, approval workflows, retention policies, archival strategies, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, IT organizations, and compliance teams to align enterprise content management solutions with business objectives.

• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, cutover execution, go-live support, and post-production stabilization.

• Drive governance, compliance, records management, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise content and document management programs.

Key Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in OpenText, SAP DMS, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and document management solutions.

• Proven experience delivering multiple SAP Content Server to OpenText migration projects, including assessment, migration planning, execution, validation, and Hypercare support.

• Strong expertise in OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions, OpenText Archive Center, and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

• Hands-on experience conducting repository assessments, archive analysis, content inventory reviews, and migration readiness evaluations.

• Strong experience developing content migration strategies, metadata mapping frameworks, data reconciliation approaches, and document validation processes.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Document Management System (DMS), including Document Info Records (DIR), classification, version control, document status management, and document distribution.

• Experience supporting Engineering Change Management (ECM), CAD document integrations, engineering documentation, and product lifecycle management processes.

• Strong understanding of records retention policies, compliance frameworks, information governance, and enterprise document lifecycle management.

• Experience integrating OpenText solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP DMS, and third-party content management platforms.

• Hands-on experience with testing, cutover planning, migration validation, reconciliation, go-live support, and business process verification.

• Ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution design discussions, content governance initiatives, and stakeholder engagements.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, or process-driven industries will be an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• OpenText Extended ECM, OpenText Archive Center, OpenText VIM, or related OpenText certifications are preferred.

• SAP DMS, SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or Information Governance certifications will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale SAP transformation programs is preferred.

• Experience in global rollouts, content migration programs, enterprise records management, and digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of document governance, compliance requirements, information lifecycle management, and enterprise content management best practices.
