The Team
Our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice helps organizations unlock business value through technology-enabled transformation. - Implementation & Rollouts: Lead or participate in end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts in SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Configuration: Set up baseline VIM configurations, including inbound channels (email, IDOC, OAWD), IES (Invoice Exception Service), validation client setups, and content repositories
- Exception & Workflow Handling: Configure business rules, exception handling workflows, approval procedures (COA/non-COA/service POs), and custom DP (Document Processing) document types
- OCR & Ingestion Integration: Design and implement information capture for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) extraction via the OpenText Business Center.
- Integrations & Custom Developments: Integrate VIM with tax/compliance solutions (e.g., OneSource) and build custom developments like validation step skips, duplicate invoice checks, and e-invoicing interfaces.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide Application Management Services (AMS), troubleshooting errors, and support Fiori app user experiences
Key skills required:
- Experience: Generally, 10+ years of relevant SAP VIM and OpenText implementation experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of SAP ABAP fundamentals, workflow, SAP NetWeaver, and integration with SAP MM/FICO modules.
- Platform Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA landscapes, OpenText Business Center, and Fiori tools
- Functional Understanding: Deep knowledge of accounts payable lifecycles, matching (2-way/3-way match), and tax/e-invoicing regulations.
