• Strong understanding of Azure Devops/Infra, Program/Project Management.
• Expert in Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), Product Management (PO/PM), Project Management/Delivery, Cloud, DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering practices (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC), and Continuous Monitoring)
• Agile Pod based delivery comprising of 1 Product Owner and 4 Cloud/DevOps engineers.

Technologies: 

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure and migration initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of expertise in Azure services, infrastructure automation using Terraform, building robust CI/CD pipelines, and proficient Linux administration to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Migrations: Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration initiatives, moving on-premises infrastructure and applications to Microsoft Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform for provisioning Azure resources (VMs, networking, storage, etc.).
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Agile Pod based delivery comprising of 1 Product Owner and 4 Cloud/DevOps engineers.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrated with AWS Workspaces and Automated loading of feedback data to the Reporting database (Redshift)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer or Cloud Migration Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and experience with IaC principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps, and experience with branching strategies (Git).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
