Senior Associate – Technology Infrastructure for Network & Security

As a Senior Associate – Technology Infrastructure for Network & Security, you will serve as a hands-on
individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise
network security solutions. In this role, you will manage next-generation firewalls, VPNs, SASE architectures
(such as Netskope and Zscaler), and secure remote access environments. Your scope covers core

administrative controls, security monitoring, incident management, infrastructure maintenance, and break-
fix activities.

Role

Key Responsibilities
Network & Firewall Infrastructure Management
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network security infrastructure.
• Configure and enforce network segmentation and access control policies.
• Manage next-generation firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos), including NAT, IPsec, and SSL VPN
technologies.
• Configure and manage Wireless Access Points (APs) and centralized network management platforms
(e.g., Aruba Central).
• Maintain and optimize reliable connectivity between Head Office (HO) and Branch Offices (BO).

SASE, Cloud & Endpoint Security
• Administer SASE platforms (Netskope, Zscaler) and deploy key capabilities: Secure Web Gateway
(SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), SSL Inspection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Configure inline and API-based CASB controls and establish policies for sanctioned and unsanctioned
cloud applications.
• Deploy Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and support Private Access solutions for internal
applications.
• Manage enterprise endpoint security and response solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Sophos, Forcepoint).

Operations, Incident & Monitoring
• Monitor network traffic using SIEM and network performance monitoring tools to ensure high
availability and proactive threat detection.
• Lead critical incident resolution and client escalations, coordinating closely with internal teams and
vendor support.
• Partner directly with OEMs to resolve complex issues across Firewalls, SASE, and Endpoint tools.
Governance, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory frameworks through regular
configuration audits of firewalls, switches, and APs.
• Actively support ISO 27001 compliance, client audits, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
(VAPT), and change management processes.
• Continuously review and optimize firewall and SASE security policies.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, network topology diagrams, and Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Network and Security Administration, with hands-on
exposure to Windows and Linux server environments.
• Networking Fundamentals: Advanced TCP/IP, VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, AAA protocols, and
identity-based access controls.
• Network Security: Firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), IPsec/SSL VPN, NAT, Proxy, SSL/TLS, and Load
Balancing.
• SASE & Cloud Security: Netskope, Zscaler, ZTNA, CASB (Inline & API), SWG, and DLP policies.
• Endpoint & EDR/XDR: CrowdStrike, Sophos, Forcepoint.
• Wireless & Management: Aruba Central, AP configuration, and WAN/HO-BO connectivity.
• Compliance & Audits: ISO 27001, Network VAPT, configuration audits, and ITIL Change Management.
• Operational Skills: Proficiency with IT ticketing systems, strong incident troubleshooting, and clear
technical documentation abilities.
• Soft Skills: Written and oral communication skills with experience supporting global stakeholders
across time zones.
• Certifications: CCNA (or higher) and at least one enterprise security certification (e.g., Fortinet NSE,
Netskope, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, or CompTIA Security+) preferred.
