About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AIML Engineer with strong expertise across classical Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.

You will work on solving complex business and technical problems by designing scalable ML solutions, developing GenAI/agentic applications, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to take AI solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions across classical ML, deep learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Apply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Build LLM-powered applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions and multi-LLM orchestration for enterprise use cases.
• Develop scalable and maintainable Python-based AI/ML applications with strong software engineering practices.
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive AI solutions through experimentation, development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical solutions, insights, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices at the Staff level.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with strong hands-on development experience.
• Strong foundation in classical ML, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI application development.
• Experience building AI agents / Agentic AI workflows and working with multiple LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and modern data/Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps, including MLflow, model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and model drift detection.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks and LLM orchestration.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, NAND Flash, storage technologies, or hardware/electronics.
• Cloud certifications across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
