Job description
We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who can own the full software lifecycle—from requirements to production—while guiding teams and managing client expectations. This role blends architecture, development, DevOps, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements & Planning
Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming
Align deliverables with client expectations and timelines
2. System Design & Architecture
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
Review architecture and code to ensure best practices
Drive technical decisions across projects
3. Full SDLC Ownership
Lead development across all phases: design, build, test, deploy, and support
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards
4. Development & Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:
Go, Java, TypeScript
React, Node.js
Docker, Kubernetes
Linux environments
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
5. DevOps & Deployment
Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Manage containerized deployments and orchestration (Docker, K8s)
Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
Oversee unit, integration, and system testing
Drive bug fixing and quality improvements
Ensure release stability
7. Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve production issues
Provide ongoing system support and improvements
8. Security & Compliance
Conduct and support security audits
Ensure systems follow security best practices
9. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage team delivery and mentor engineers
Practice and promote peer programming
Support team members across technical challenges
10. Client Interaction
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Deliver presentations, demos, and technical walkthroughs
11. Documentation
Maintain clear documentation for:
Architecture
Processes
Deployments
Troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in full-stack development and system design
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools
Experience leading teams and handling client communication
Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have
Experience scaling distributed systems
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Architect role
