What exactly is the objective of this role?

We're looking for a Principal AI Full-Stack Engineer - I to join Business Platforms. This role suits someone with around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

What will be my Key Responsibilities?

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end and backend technologies.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications, including LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and automation workflows.
• Build reusable APIs, microservices, and backend components with secure, scalable architecture.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, architects, and DevOps teams.Write clean, maintainable, testable code and take part in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and security.
• Stay current with emerging AI engineering practices and apply them where relevant.Set direction and standards across multiple teams, and act as the go-to expert others rely on for hard problems.
• Mentor and grow senior colleagues, and multiply the output of the teams around you.
• Strong experience in Core Java, springboot, microservices, HLD, LLD, experience in JavaScript and a framework such as React.
• Strong experience in REST APIs and/or GraphQLStrong experience in AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI API integrationStrong experience in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDBStrong experience in Git, CI/CD, testing, and agile development practices.

What will be nice to have?

• Familiarity with Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless deployment.
• Exposure to RAG-based applications, chatbots, copilots, and or AI agents.
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless deployment.
• Exposure to RAG-based applications, chatbots, copilots, or AI agents.
