We’re looking for a Sales Operations & AI Business Intelligence Manager who wants to do three things at once: run the operating engine behind a global sales organization, lead and grow a team of business analysts and operations professionals, and act as SOTI’s subject matter expert for AI-driven reporting.

What you will do

Run the local sales operations engine

• Support execution of annual and quarterly business planning with India regional sales leaders, keeping the focus on plan execution and the ability to get to quarterly targets.
• Own forecast reporting, variance analysis, funnel reviews and top opportunity analysis for sales leaders, and drive accurate forecasting through sales process best practice, pipeline management and opportunity hygiene.
• Identify risk in the forecast, build mitigation plans and hold regional teams accountable to delivering their quarterly numbers.
• Provide analysis across pricing and deal structure trends, revenue streams and product sets to advise on future go-to-market initiatives, and act as a point on non-standard deal structuring requests.
• Maintain a single, defensible set of definitions for pipeline, bookings, coverage, conversion and forecast accuracy, and hold the organization to them.
• Drive continual improvement of sales tools and process to streamline the sales cycle, and execute effective change management across the organization when process, systems or tools change.

Lead and grow the India Data, Analytics, Reporting team

• Lead, coach and develop a team of business analysts and sales operations professionals, setting clear standards for analytical rigour and delivery.
• Run a consistent people cadence: regular one-on-ones, documented goals, mid-year and annual reviews, and honest, timely feedback.
• Plan capacity and assign work across competing priorities, protecting the team from thrash while keeping commitments to stakeholders.
• Build the team’s AI and analytics capability deliberately, through training, pairing and hands-on projects, so that expertise is never concentrated in one person.
• Own team decisions and be accountable for team outcomes, including hiring, onboarding and retention of key talent.

Lead AI reporting and business intelligence

• Act as SOTI’s internal subject matter expert for AI-driven business intelligence — evaluating platforms and capabilities, and making clear build, buy or defer recommendations.
• Own the reporting and dashboard roadmap, from source data in Salesforce and connected systems through to semantic models, dashboards and self-serve analytics.
• Apply machine learning and generative AI where they demonstrably improve outcomes: forecast accuracy, pipeline risk detection, renewal and expansion signals, and narrative reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance across Salesforce and integrated systems, and participate in user acceptance testing to validate system changes.
• Drive adoption through enablement sessions and clear usage guidance, and measure whether the tools are genuinely changing how decisions get made.
• Establish guardrails for data quality, access, privacy and responsible AI use in partnership with IT and Security, and document how automated outputs are validated.

Partner across the business

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, align expectations and drive consensus across functions with competing priorities.
• Lead complex projects from inception to closure, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risk and deliverables.
• Work with sales enablement to train and onboard new sales team members on process, tooling and reporting.
• Translate between technical and non-technical audiences, presenting the same insight credibly to a data engineer and to a regional sales leader.

Experience you will bring

• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
• 8+ years of post-MBA experience across sales, revenue or business operations within a high-growth technology organisation; enterprise SaaS experience is a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record of leading teams of analysts or consultants, with direct people management accountability rather than project-only leadership.
• Demonstrated depth in business intelligence, including hands-on experience taking AI, machine learning or advanced analytics capabilities into production use — not only evaluating them.
• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen, with a proven ability to develop structured business plans, craft KPIs and implement metrics to manage sales execution and performance.
• Advanced Excel and BI platform skills with working fluency in SQL; Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred, along with a strong understanding of CRM processes.
• Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and analytical capability, with a willingness to take ownership of complex problems and a resourceful approach to clearing obstacles.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to manage competing projects against tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior management and cultivating relationships across cross-functional teams and peers.
