As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Experience in designing and optimizing complex queries and data models within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and performance tuning in large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to data processing and storage.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
